Will I be charged sales tax? If your "ship to" address is in the state of Tennessee we are required to collect Tennessee state sales tax at 9.25%. Other states are currently exempt.

How soon will I receive my order? We endeavor to ship the same day. Orders received after 1pm, may not ship out the same day, but will go the following day. As soon as it is picked up by the carrier, you will receive an email with a tracking number.

I made a mistake on my order, what should I do? If you have made a mistake on your order, please notify us ASAP. If your order has not shipped yet, we will make the change right away. Problem solved. If the wrong item has shipped, we can get your correct order out right away and take back your misplaced order at not charge.
